Our charges to issue the first letter which is known as the Pre-action Protocol letter to an individual or organisation that owes you up ​to £100,00.00 begin at £90.and depending on the response to that letter. Any additional work that we undertake will be charged between £230 to £270 per hour depending on the complexity of the matter. We will only be able to confirm our hourly rate once we have obtained details of the circumstances surrounding the debt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the time the session is due to start to be eligible for a refund Rescheduling must be done 1 hour before the time the session is due to start to be eligible for a refund
